Experiment Center

It was officially unveiled on November 10, 2020, with a total investment of 5 million yuan. It consists of a laboratory, a finished product laboratory, an extrusion test area, and a sample room.

Experimental R&D field: Conduct food process research and development according to different process/raw materials/additives/process requirements, and assist the R&D center in conducting new product taste testing.

Extruded Food R-D Center

The center is committed to the research, development, innovation and application of food extrusion technology, covering the whole process from raw material pretreatment, extrusion processing to product back-end processing. The center undertakes key tasks such as mass production equipment testing, formula testing, process optimization and new product development.Provide customers with one-stop solutions from equipment selection, process design to production guidance.The company attaches great importance to the integrated working method of "production, learning and research", and has cooperated with Qilu University of Technology to establish the "Extrusion Technology and Intelligent Equipment Center". By optimizing the raw material ratio, improving the production process, molds and other means, the company improves the taste, nutritional value and market competitiveness of the products. At the same time, it pays attention to the research and application of energy conservation, emission reduction and environmentally friendly production.

Our equipment intelligent production center integrates many high-precision and intelligent processing equipment, adopts advanced technology and processes, realizes automated and intelligent production, and greatly improves production efficiency and product quality.We also continue to introduce internationally advanced production equipment and technology to continuously promote the continuous improvement of production efficiency and product quality. We have established a complete intelligent production process. From the storage of raw materials to the delivery of finished products, every link has been intelligently managed. By introducing advanced technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data, we monitor and analyze various data in the production process in real time to ensure the stability and controllability of the production process.At the same time, we have also established a strict quality inspection system to conduct strict quality inspections on each product to ensure the excellence and stability of product quality.
